1. Shipping Locations
Marsaat currently ships across all Emirates of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
2. Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
• Dubai: 1–2 Business Days
• Abu Dhabi: 2–3 Business Days
• Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain & Al Ain: 2–4 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Free shipping may be offered during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment.
6. Delayed Deliveries
While we strive to deliver orders on time, Marsaat is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier service delays
• Severe weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Customs or government restrictions
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Marsaat is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
8. Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
